Inherent physical risks

I understand that participation in the Ninja Warrior Contest involves inherent physical risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, dizziness, fainting, muscle strain, fractures, serious injury, or death.

Good physical and mental health

I confirm that I am in good physical and mental health, have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation, and have not been advised by a medical professional to avoid strenuous activity.

Solely responsible for my own health, safety, and physical condition

I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own health, safety, and physical condition before, during, and after the Event.

Assume all risks

I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation in the Event.

Waive, release, and discharge

I hereby waive, release, and discharge the Event organizers, owners, sponsors, partners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation, including injury, dizziness, illness, or property damage, except where prohibited by law.

Comply with all Event rules and safety instructions

I agree to comply with all Event rules and safety instructions and understand that failure to do so may result in disqualification.
